CONSIGNMENT STEPS
The consignor brings furnishings to the store to be previewed by Consignment Home Furnishings daily from 12 P.M. to 4 P.M. (or email pictures to consigntruckee@sbcglobal.net).

Consignment Home Furnishings selects items for consignment and places them in the showroom for 90 days. Items are priced and displayed to sell quickly for maximum profit.

The consignor receives 50% of the sales price. Items are reduced 25% at 45 days. Consignor checks are mailed the first week of each month.

The consignor must pick-up unsold items within 10 days following the contract expiration date. Items not claimed within this timeframe become Consignment Home Furnishings' property and may be donated.

Third party pick-up and delivery services are available for a minimum charge.

	Area rugs

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED

	Mattresses, Murhpy or water beds
	Bedroom linens, pillows
	Bathroom linens, accessories
	Appliances; refrigerators, washers
	Kitchen dishes, pans, utility items
	Hanging lamps, fans
	Clothing, shoes, luggage
	Sporting goods, exercise equipment
